Tempus program and the learning process

In 2009-2012 he was faculty participated in the project "Reform of educational programs in the field of space technology in Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine" (CRIST) within TEMPUS. The main objective of the project CRIST - development and implementation of modernized curricula of higher education in the field of space technology for the development of theoretical and practical principles of construction and use of such spacecraft based universities, determining the range of tasks they can solve, and the principles of creating an information environment that allows you to take part in these studies a wide range of users. Under this project was developed and implemented in the educational process of designing microsatellites laboratory, computer room, ground station control of small satellites.

Preparation for new disciplines contributes significantly to the delivered to us with software for CAD / CAM / CAE designing computer classroom sessions which began in September 2010 on the basis of this software is protected by several master works.

Great interest in students is working with ground station supplied by us as part of the summer of 2011 Its development will be a new step in educating students NTU "KPI" - the first time they will be able to live to receive and process information from satellites.

For NTU "KPI" is especially important in the development of our institute microsatellite weighing up to 20 kg. This is facilitated by the use of the project TEMPUS available at the Faculty of Aerospace Systems Laboratory sputnykobuduvannya, where practiced hard-wired control systems engineering solutions microsatellites.

Representatives of the State Space Agency of Ukraine, met with the project TEMPUS, were satisfied with the level of work in KPI direction and space technology. This team relies promising task participation in the creation of small satellites in Ukraine, the relevance of which is undeniable.
