Main activities of the working plan

 

The first year of the project

1.1 Development of new training courses, adaptation of curricula in the target universities and preparation of their approbation.

1.2. Development of the technical documentation to establish ground stations and satellite laboratories, computer classrooms, coordination-technology bureau.

1.3. Forming a task force of students, teachers, administrative workers.

1.4. Selection and training of students, teachers, administrative workers to travel to the EU.

1.5. Trip of the administrative staff, member organizations of the consortium universities in the EU to exchange and learn from the experience.

1.6. Creating a web page of the project.

 

The second year of the project

2.1 Adoption of the new curriculum in the target universities.

2.2 A short intensive course for small student groups in EU universities to test the quality of new curricula.

2.3 Professional development of teachers in universities in EU.

2.4 Adjustment (if necessary) curriculum based on "feedback".

2.5 Purchase of new equipment, teaching materials, licenses for software.

2.6 Installation, commissioning and testing the new ground stations and satellite laboratories, computer classes, coordination and engineering offices in the target universities.

2.7 Conducting demonstration workshops university professors EU target universities.

2.8 The beginning of pilot trainings for students in the target universities for new curricula.

3.2 Certification of new curricula at the national level.

3.3 Preparation and signing between universities and organizations of the consortium memorandum on further cooperation and development of project results.

3.4 An audit of the project.
